1. 30 day returns

If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from mylifetshirt.store, you can easily initiate a return by emailing us at support@mylifetshirt.store. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Our main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and we will always try to provide the best possible solution.

Cancellation period: within 24 hours after payment has been processed or if your order is in the process of being dispatched by courier, we are usually unable to cancel or update your order details after Goods have been ordered.

2. What items are eligible for a return or exchange?

Items must be in their original condition to be returned. This includes:

3. Sending the Returned Product: Once you receive instructions from our customer service team, please carefully package the product to be returned and send it to the address we provide. Make sure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all accessories if any.

4. Inspection and Confirmation: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the condition of the product. This inspection process may take 3-5 business days. If the product meets the conditions for return, we will notify you and proceed with the refund or exchange process.
